The Operator's AI Brief
Ask What You're Missing
A one-sentence prompt that tests a plan before you spend money, and a plan check before you build around Claude Motion.

The audio is AI-produced: an AI clone of Jon's voice and an AI co-host, reading a script built from the sources below.
One sentence can make an AI assistant a better check on your plans. Sabrina Ramonov published a video on October 14 titled “AI Keeps Agreeing With You? Try This Prompt,” and the prompt in her description is: “What is the one thing I’m missing?”
Ask before you commit
Open a chat where you have already laid out your plan. Paste that line. Read the answer before you spend more time or money.
Say you are about to switch scheduling software, add a second truck, or sign a vendor contract. Write the plan in a few sentences and ask what you are missing. Treat the reply like a bid from a sub. Some of it is noise. One item might be something you had not priced, such as training time or what happens when the vendor raises rates. The decision stays yours.
Check your plan before building around Claude Motion
Two creators posted on Claude Motion this week. Ben AI uploaded “Claude Motion Will Change How You Work Forever (8 Real Use Cases)” on October 15, and The AI Advantage uploaded “New Claude Motion is Insane” on October 14. I am going by titles and descriptions. I have not tried the feature.
Anthropic’s help page says Motion turns your content into short animations, such as an explainer or an animated chart, and that it is in beta on Team and Enterprise plans. Pro and Max are not listed there. Confirm your own plan first.
A short animation of your service menu or delivery zones could be useful. My view is that it is not urgent. Ask what it replaces and what your customers would do differently, the same question you would put to any salesperson.
