Value Ladder · Rung 03 · $7,500

Map the whole operation. Then build the right thing.

The audit is where guessing stops. Two weeks, about forty of my hours, and a written report that maps how your operation really runs, ranks the leaks by dollar impact, and scopes exactly what to build. $7,500 — and it credits toward the build.

What the audit is

Not a sales call. An operating document.

01

Two weeks, about forty of my hours

I go deep on your operation — calls, quotes, scheduling, invoicing, the back office. Not a survey. A real teardown by a P.E. who's run yards and dig crews.

02

A ~15-page written report

Everything in writing: the map, the pain inventory, the ranked opportunities, the scoped proposal, the ROI. Yours to keep and act on with or without us.

03

A clear decision

You leave knowing what to build first, what it should cost, and what it should return. If the answer is 'stick with what you've got,' I'll tell you that too.

What's in the report
  • A current-state map of how work actually moves through your operation today
  • A pain-point inventory — where calls leak, hours bleed, and money goes missing
  • Prioritized opportunities, ranked by dollar impact and effort to fix
  • A scoped build proposal — exactly what we'd build, in what order
  • An ROI summary you can hold the whole thing against
$7,500 fixed · credits 100% toward your build

Let's map what's really going on.

Tell us about your operation. Jon will reach out to confirm fit, scope the two weeks, and arrange the $7,500 (which credits toward your build). We'd rather tell you it's not a fit than take your money and underdeliver.

FAQ

Fair questions, straight answers.

What does the $7,500 cover, and does it credit toward a build? +

It covers two weeks and roughly forty of my hours producing a ~15-page written audit. If you move forward with a build, the full $7,500 credits toward it. The ROI Snapshot before it credits toward the audit — the ladder only ever moves your money forward.

Why pay for an audit instead of a free proposal? +

Because a free proposal is a sales document and an audit is an operating document. The audit is worth keeping even if you never build with us — it maps your operation and quantifies the leaks. Charging for it also means I only do them for operators who are serious, which keeps my attention on real work.

Do I have to start with the audit? +

No. Start free with a Phone Sally line, or do the $249 ROI Snapshot first to see if it's worth going deeper. The audit is for operators who already know they have a problem and want it fully mapped and scoped.

What happens after the audit? +

You get the report. If a build makes sense, we scope it from the proposal inside it and the audit fee credits toward the work. If it doesn't, you still walk away with a map of your operation and a clear next step.
