Rylo OS - Yard

The operating layer for landscape supply yards.

  1. Live

    Dixie Supply Yard storefront [SAMPLE]

First Rylo OS - Yard customer site live with voice intake, SMS quoting, and the public catalog. Running on the production stack end-to-end.

  2. Shipped

    QuickBooks auto-invoicing [SAMPLE]

Orders captured by the voice agent now post directly into QuickBooks with a payment link in the customer confirmation SMS. No more end-of-day batch entry.

  3. Building

6 AM driver briefing SMS [SAMPLE]

Pre-dawn text to each driver with the day's deliveries, in stop order, with cross-streets and gate codes. Cuts the morning huddle to two minutes.

  4. Queued

    Low-stock alerts to owner [SAMPLE]

Threshold-based SMS to the yard owner when a SKU dips below reorder point, with a one-tap reply to dispatch the restock voice call to suppliers.

Rylo OS - Dirt

The operating layer for small excavation contractors.

  1. Live

    Solid Rock Excavating intake [SAMPLE]

Rylo OS - Dirt lead intake live for Solid Rock — qualifies callers by job type, ZIP, and budget, then drops a structured lead into the owner's dashboard.

  2. Building

    AI estimate-starter [SAMPLE]

Drafts the first pass of an excavation estimate from a voice walk-through and a few SMS photos. Owner edits and sends — saves ~45 minutes per quote.

  3. Building

Crew daily logs from SMS [SAMPLE]

Crew leads text photos and a 20-second voice memo at end-of-day; Rylo OS - Dirt files them to the right job folder and writes the homeowner update.

  4. Queued

    Weather-aware scheduling [SAMPLE]

Pull the weather forecast against each scheduled job and surface a reshuffle suggestion the night before when ground conditions won't hold equipment.

Engine

Shared infrastructure that powers every Rylo OS install.

  1. Live

    Branded email domains [SAMPLE]

Branded transactional email now sends from per-customer domains rather than a shared default. Confirmations land in the inbox proper, not promotions.

  2. Shipped

    Voice agent demo flip [SAMPLE]

One-command toggle between waitlist mode and live phone agents. Operators flip modes without touching any vendor console; quoting and SMS stay aligned.

  3. Shipped

    Schema reconciler [SAMPLE]

A reconciler idempotently adds missing fields and dropdown options across customer data without ever deleting anything. Ends a long-running source of silent sync errors.

  4. Building

    Per-tenant memory store [SAMPLE]

Shared brain layer that holds each yard's pricing quirks, regular customers, and route preferences so the voice agent gets sharper week-over-week.

  5. Queued

    Owner dashboard v2 [SAMPLE]

Rebuild of the monthly owner dashboard with a weekly digest variant, drill-downs by customer, and a single-glance health score across voice / SMS / invoicing.
