Introduction
Rylo AI Systems, a division of Rylo Funding LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or engage our services.

- Usage Data: Standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our website.
- Communication Records: Emails, call notes, and messages exchanged during our business relationship.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Deliver consulting services and build automation systems
- Send project updates and relevant business communications
- Improve our website and service offerings
- Comply with legal obligations
Free Tools & Website Analysis
When you use a free tool on our site (such as the Website AI-Readiness Check), you submit a website URL that you own or operate. We load and analyze that website's public homepage to generate your report — we do not access password-protected or non-public pages. The URL you submit and the resulting analysis may be reviewed by our team, including by internal email, to prepare for a potential conversation about your business. If you also provide your email address and opt in, we use it to send your report and related operator tips, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Delivery: With third-party tools and platforms necessary to build and operate your AI systems (e.g., Airtable, Netlify, Twilio, Anthropic, Retell, Resend), only to the extent required for service delivery. Social media capabilities provided by Ayrshare.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Business Transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected parties.
SMS / Mobile Opt-In Data. No mobile information (including phone numbers collected for SMS, SMS opt-in status, and consent records) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. All categories of information sharing described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties. SMS delivery subcontractors (e.g., Twilio) receive only the minimum information required to transmit the specific messages you have consented to receive, and are contractually prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Project data and business information are retained for the duration of our engagement plus 24 months.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
SMS / Text Message Communications
If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on a Rylo AI Systems form, you are opting in to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from Rylo AI Systems (a division of Rylo Funding LLC) at the number you provided. Messages may include service updates, appointment confirmations, customer support follow-up, and occasional product news.
- Message frequency: Varies. Typically fewer than four messages per month for marketing recipients; transactional messages (e.g., a delivery confirmation) are sent only when triggered by an event.
- Carrier fees: Message and data rates may apply per your wireless plan. Rylo does not charge for messages.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any Rylo SMS message at any time to be unsubscribed. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP to any Rylo SMS message to receive contact information.
- Not a condition of purchase: Your consent to receive SMS is never required to buy a product or use a service.
- Sharing: Mobile information will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our services (e.g., SMS delivery platforms such as Twilio) is permitted only to fulfill the messages you have consented to receive.
