SMS / Mobile Opt-In Data. No mobile information (including phone numbers collected for SMS, SMS opt-in status, and consent records) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. All categories of information sharing described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties. SMS delivery subcontractors (e.g., Twilio) receive only the minimum information required to transmit the specific messages you have consented to receive, and are contractually prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Project data and business information are retained for the duration of our engagement plus 24 months.

SMS / Text Message Communications

If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on a Rylo AI Systems form, you are opting in to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from Rylo AI Systems (a division of Rylo Funding LLC) at the number you provided. Messages may include service updates, appointment confirmations, customer support follow-up, and occasional product news.

• Message frequency: Varies. Typically fewer than four messages per month for marketing recipients; transactional messages (e.g., a delivery confirmation) are sent only when triggered by an event.
• Carrier fees: Message and data rates may apply per your wireless plan. Rylo does not charge for messages.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any Rylo SMS message at any time to be unsubscribed. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP to any Rylo SMS message to receive contact information.
• Not a condition of purchase: Your consent to receive SMS is never required to buy a product or use a service.
• Sharing: Mobile information will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our services (e.g., SMS delivery platforms such as Twilio) is permitted only to fulfill the messages you have consented to receive.
