If you use the Rylo app on your phone

The call-captioning and live-transcription app called Rylo (formerly Nagish) is made by a separate company at rylo.com. Their support channels:

My calls go straight to voicemail after I deleted the app

The app turns on call forwarding so it can caption your calls. Deleting the app does not always turn that forwarding off. Two ways to fix it: follow the steps in the Rylo help center above, or call your cell carrier and ask them to turn off call forwarding on your line.
