Claude Motion turns a prompt into a short animated MP4, but it is a beta, and two creator videos promote it alongside their own offers.

Claude can now turn a prompt into a short animated video. Anthropic calls the feature Motion, announced it on October 8, and runs it as a beta, so check your plan before you plan around it.
Claude Motion, Dashboards, and Haiku 5.5
Matt Wolfe posted a 56-second YouTube short on October 19 titled “3 New Claude Prompts You Need To Try”. His description names Motion, Dashboards, and Claude Haiku 5.5. None of the three launched that week. Anthropic announced Motion and Dashboards on October 8 and released Haiku 5.5 on October 7.
Anthropic says Motion creates short animated explainers from a prompt, and you download the result as an MP4. It animates your own text, charts, and images with code, and uses no video generation model. It is in beta on the Team and Enterprise plans.
My take for a plumbing company: turn the page you hand every new customer into a clip for your website. Cover how your service plans work, what a callout costs, and what happens after a booking.
Anthropic says Dashboards connects to a data platform or a CRM, lets you ask questions in plain language, and keeps the dashboard current. It is in beta on paid plans. I have not tested it. Start with sample data, and keep your live customer list out of it.
Futurepedia posted an 11:19 tutorial on October 19, “Claude Makes a New Kind of Video - Full Tutorial”. Its description says Claude has no video generator and works through code, and it offers a free database of 86 styles you copy as prompts. The quality claims are the creator’s own. The description also promotes the Skill Leap education platform. Judge the output before it goes on your site.
Nate Herk’s tool ranking
Nate Herk posted “I Tried 100+ AI Tools. These 7 Are the Best” on October 19. His description says he tested more than 100 tools. It also offers a free AI operating system template behind an opt-in page, links two communities, and lists a hosting discount and a free month of a voice-to-text tool.
I have not seen the template. Read it the way you read any template: as someone else’s shop.
I worked from the titles and descriptions of these videos and have not watched them end to end, so treat each claim as theirs until you test it.
